I have since 1987 studied emerging working practices and organisational forms fuelled by innovative information and communication technology. I am currently studying the organisational use of mobile services and the shifting role of ICT for effective information work. In 2001 I initiated the mobility@lse research network in mobile interaction aiming at drawing together academics and practitioners. I have extensive EU research project experience from 1992 and international project experience from 1990. I am Principal Investigator for two joint EPSRC and Mobile VCE research projects. I am actively engaged with executive education and have consulted for a range of organisations.
