PROFILE
I am a PhD Candidate in the Information Systems and
Innovation Group, Department of Management, at The London School of Economics
and Political Science.
My PhD dissertation deals with the adoption of information systems in public organisations and public value creation, for which I am conducting an in-depth study in Mexico. In addition, I am also interested in broader areas of Internet policy and its social impacts, such as e-government, open government, digital divide, mobile telecommunication for fostering development, and digital identity management, particularly in the context of Latin American countries.
