3rd Thursday Political Economy Seminar

Welcome to the webpage of the 3rd Thursday Political Economy Seminar at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

The 3rd Thursday seminar is a monthly meeting open to any scholar at LSE interested in political economy. Each hour-long meeting discusses a research paper in the field of political economy, broadly understood. The papers are pre-circulated and the format is a presentation of the paper by a discussant, and then questions from seminar participants, rather than a formal author-led presentation. Papers on any issue in the broad field of political economy are welcome, from members of any department or centre in the School. Anyone wishing to present their work in the seminar should contact Ken Shadlen or Jonathan Hopkin.
