The Bankside Easter operational calendar can be found on the current students webpages. This calendar details the times that reception, housekeeping, maintenance and the restaurant are open. The following are of particular note:

- The restaurant will be closed until 1st May. There is a self-catering kitchen available on the ground floor should you wish to cook. This kitchen will be open for the usual times - 8am to 10pm daily. If you need further information please contact reception.

- There is no maintenance service between 22nd April and 2nd May

- There is a reduced cleaning, rubbish collection and extra bed service between 22nd April and 2nd May. Please see the calendar for exact details, especially if you want to book an extra bed where revised deadlines apply.

- Reception will have limited opening between 22nd April and 2nd May and will be security only on Friday 22nd and Monday 25th April.

The Warden's Team
The warden's team are available throughout the whole of the Easter period. There is a sub-warden on duty every night between 6pm and 8am, and all day at the weekends. The duty sub-warden can be contacted via Reception (dial 0) for urgent issues. Each floor also has a dedicated sub-warden to help with less urgent queries - contact details are available opposite the mailboxes. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you need assistance. We're all LSE students so have a good understanding of the pressures that this time of year can present.

Maintenance

There are several pieces of essential maintenance and survey work that are being carried out at Bankside. We have worked with the contractors to schedule this work towards the beginning of the Easter Vacation so as to minimise disruption in the run up to exams. We appreciate that it will still cause inconvenience but we hope that by scheduling the work like this we can minimise disruption. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for your co-operation so far, it really is much appreciated.

There be some noise testing to establish how noisy the planned building works will be. The testing will take place in the middle of the day.
