Closure of the Basement Bar and Study Room Area

We have noticed that people are leaving large amounts of rubbish - empty bottles and food packets in particular - in the bar and study room area on a regular basis. Some residents also seem to be using the basement study room for socialising, when the TV room and bar are kept open specifically for this purpose. Please treat this space with respect and clean up when leaving.

If this pattern of behaviour recurs, we will have to indefinitely close the communal space in the basement after 11pm. It is unfair to ask the cleaners to repeatedly tidy up after those too careless to do so.

On a similar note, we have also noticed rubbish being left in the lifts and around the ground floor.
This is not acceptable to the vast majority of residents in this building. If you happen to see anyone doing this, please ask them not to.

Maintenance

Does your tap drip?
This is a really easy problem for us to fix so if your tap drips please just let us know. You can easily report it online. During the day you can also report any faults to reception by phone (dial 0) or in person if you prefer. When reception is staffed by security you can only report faults online.
