The Warden's Team

Free Croissants, Coffee and Newspapers - Sunday 24th October
The Warden's team will be hosting their second session of free coffee, croissants and news papers on Sunday 24th October in the Dining Room. It's an excellent way to catch up with the news, meet other residents and catch up with the Warden's team. Why not come down to the dining room between 10.00am and 11.30 to join us?

Bankside Sunday Football
Want to play football? Meet in the lobby at 11.45am for some five-a-side football on Sundays. All Banksiders welcome (girls too!). The pitch is astroturf and at the Colombo Centre, a five minute walk from Bankside. If you can't make the 11.45 time meet us there. For more details visit our Facebook group.

Registering with a GP.
If you have not done so already you must register with a GP in London. Our nearest practise is on Colombo Street, about five minutes walk from Bankside. Health care in the UK is free and it only takes a short time to register; not being registered makes accessing the NHS very difficult in the case of emergency. There is information about registering on the notice-boards on each floor or you can contact the practise on 020 7928 7958. If you completed a purple and white form when you signed your contract then you have already registered.

Maintenance

Decommissioning work 25th, 26th and 27th October
Contractors will be on site to decommission some equipment on the roof on Monday 25th, Tuesday 26th and Wednesday 27th October. This may involve some disruption particularly in the car park. We will of course do our very best to minimise the disruption and apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Bankside Committee

Inter-hall 5-a-side football.
