About Me:
I have a PhD in Economic History from the London School of Economics (LSE). Currently I'm a Post-Doc Research fellow at Stellenbosch University (2016 - 2017) in the Economics Faculty (LEAP).
I've worked extensively in Africa, Asia and the Middle East on both public and privately funded projects.
Research Interests:
Primary: African economic history, economic geography and development economics.
Secondary: Globalisation and trade networks with Africa, Colonial economic history, Imperial financial institutions and business history.
