ICT from a Commons Perspective
This project started in 2003 as a collaboration between Jonathan Liebenau, Professor Alain Bourdeau de Fontenay of Columbia University and Professor Christaan Hogendorn of Wesleyan University. We study the character of exchange regimes and their effects upon innovation, the utilization of ICT, the commercial character of infrastructure and its policy implications.
