Welcome to the Bankside Committee website

This website is run by the Bankside Committee to provide information to the residents of Bankside House, the London School of Economics' largest student residence.

It is divided into four main sections: the Events section, where you can see what events your Committee has planned for the coming days and weeks; the Our Residence section, where you can learn about the facilities we help provide in your hall; the Our Area section where you can find out all about local restaurants, shops, services etc in the Southbank area; and, finally, the New to London section, which provides general information on life in the British capital.

How to keep up-to-date with Bankside events 

This website is the latest addition to the Committee's range of communication methods. Principally, we will announce events we are holding via the Bankside Listserv email service, which all residents should be signed up to automatically.

We can also remind you of events much more frequently by using Twitter. If you're not a Twitter user, you can get the same little messages updating you with what's going on around Bankside by becoming a "fan" of us on Facebook.
