I've taught a wide variety of courses at LSE. I won the inaugural 2014 LSE Students' Union Teaching Excellence Award for Sharing Expertise and Knowledge and I was a recipient in 2016 and 2017 of LSE Education Excellence Awards.

I'm interested in transnational and distance education: I've been very involved with the University of London's International Programmes directed by LSE and I co-directed the partnership between LSE and the Kazakh-British Technical University that developed the ISE (International School of Economics) in Almaty, Kazakhstan.


I am currently responsible for the following two courses:
