I am doing research on ‘mobile’ Europeans – that is, those who are living and working outside of their country of nationality but within the EU. The project is based in the European Institute at the London School of Economics and Political Science.
In particular, we are interested in speaking to people about their experiences of having moved to, and living in, another country. The discussion will centre around people’s reasons for moving, their expectations about what mobility might offer, and what they found once they had resettled.
We are organising these discussions as group discussions with 3 to 4 people. The discussions should be quite informal – and hopefully enjoyable! They will take place around a pint of beer or a cup of coffee at a time and a place that is convenient for everyone involved. Please feel free to suggest or bring along anyone else you think might be interested in participating.
Your contribution will remain completely anonymous and will only be used for academic purposes. We are also offering monetary compensation for your time.
