This half unit course examines the practice of real property market professionals and their role as market intermediaries in order to help understand how that practice influences market outcomes. It also shows what data is necessary for real estate analysis and examines appropriate quantitative analytical techniques. This course is run on a seminar basis and includes leading professionals from real estate research and practice.
