Alexis has a history of research and programme management in a range of substantive areas within sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), maternal and child health, HIV/AIDS, gender-based
violence, and global mental health. Over the past 10 years, she has worked on numerous international programmes in Africa and Asia and conducted extensive UK-based research with the National Health
Service. Alexis' work often focuses on understanding health behaviour, service access and delivery for hard-to-reach and marginalised populations.
