Member, Cabinet Office Digital Economy Act 2017 Public Service Delivery Review Board (2025).	I am an ex-officio member of this review board whose role is to review proposed data sharing objectives. The board then makes recommendations to the relevant Cabinet Office Minister about whether a proposed data sharing objective should be added to the regulations. The board meets quarterly to review proposals. I have been representing privacy and consumer issues on the board since 2018. I have reflected on the implications of this work in 2023-BS1
Member, DCMS / DSIT College of Experts (2025).	I am one of 50 academics who have been appointed to the DCMS College to provide expert advice to the DCMS on various aspects of policy development. Following the Machinery of Government change that resulted in the formation of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) my advice has focussed on DSIT policies.
Member, Open Banking Expert Consumer Group (2025).	The Expert Consumer Group (previously the Consumer Forum) works with the Open Banking Implementation Entity to ensure that consumers have a strong influence over its work and approach. My contributions to the work of the forum resulted in the REF Impact Case Study 2022-REF1. I have been a member of the expert group since 2017.
