Amil Dasgupta is Professor of Finance at the London School of Economics.
He is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and CES-IFO, a Research Associate at the European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI), and a visiting researcher at the Cambridge Endowment for Research in Finance (CERF). Amil's research focuses on the role of institutional investors in shareholder activism, corporate governance, and financial markets.
