Maintenance

Restricted Access - Friday 26th November - 8am - 6pm
There will be a crane operating in the car park on Friday 26th November between 8am and 6pm. As a result it will not be possible to access the building by the main front steps. During this time please follow the signs for alternative access routes and take extra care. These works are taking place in order to decommission equipment on the roof. We apologise for any disruption that this may cause.

Surveyors on site
Over the next couple of weeks there will continue to be building surveyors on site. They will be mainly focusing on the communal areas but if they do need access any room we will get in touch with you directly. There should not be any more noisy work taking place. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience during these investigations!

Reception

Change to Alpha Laundry collections
Alpha Laundry will be changing their collection days from Monday 29th April. Collection days will move to Monday, Wednesday and Friday, times will remain unchanged. Laundry given to Alpha in the morning will receive the current 6 hour service. Laundry deposited in the evening will take longer due to the new collection days. There will also be no service provided during the Christmas Vacation period. For more information, including pricing, please check the posters.

Online grocery deliveries
Both Sainsbury's and Tesco have advised us that they will no longer allow the reception staff  to sign for grocery deliveries on your behalf. As such if you order groceries you must be in the building to sign for them when they arrive. If you are not available when you food arrives it will be returned.
