Starting next week, my office hours will be on Fridays in room S684 between 12:30pm and 1:30pm.

If you absolutely can't make it during that time and need to see me, send me an email and we'll work something out.

My name is John Barrdear. I will be your class teacher for EC319 (Mathematical Economics). I'm a PhD student in the economics department. Some of you may remember me from your EC102 classes two years ago (fondly, I hope).

Your classes will be on Fridays in room NAB213. The first class won't be until week three (i.e. on 23-Oct). Please make sure that you have completed (or at least attempted) the problem set before class.

You can get all of the lecture notes and problem sets on Moodle: http://moodle.lse.ac.uk/course/view.php?id=2166

My office hours, which will not start until 23-Oct, will be on Fridays between 10:30am and 11:30am in room S684. This might change as I have another class that is not yet scheduled and the university timetables department is well known for their semi-divine ability to disrupt things.

I maintain a webpage for my teaching, which you can get to via my LSE site: http://personal.lse.ac.uk/barrdear/ (go to Teaching and then down into EC319).

I also maintain an up-to-date calendar on that site so you can tell when I (might) be available.

Thanks for your time, and I'll see you all in a couple of weeks.
