Although my career has been predominantly been in academia to date, I
have also undertaken diverse consultancies for international
organizations. Thereby, the main experiences I collected to date are the following

Consultancy of
UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees), Geneva
(Switzerland)
From October 2006 to December 2006 I was working for UNHCR on issues
on early recovery with a regional focus on the Great Lakes Region of
Africa

Consultancy for
UNDP (United Nations Development Programme), Kinshasa & Bunia
(DR Congo)
From February 2007 to April 2007 I supported UNDP in eastern Congo
in its efforts for sustainable DDR (Disarmament, Demobilisation,
and Reintegration)

Consultancy for
the World Bank, Dili (Timor-Leste)
From April 2007 to June 2007 I contributed to the work of the World
Bank in Timor-Leste, where I assisted in the composition of the TFET
(Trust Fund for East Timor) report of the trustee

Consultancy for
DFID (Department for International Development), Kathmandu
(Nepal)
From June 2007 to September 2007 I assisted DFID in strengthening
its post-conflict support initiative, mainly through monitoring and
evaluation of projects of the Rights, Democracy and Inclusion
Fund
As regards further
